A fresh and fun twist on a classic coleslaw brought to life with Basque-inspired Herb Mayonnaise.


    • 1 fennel bulb, cored and sliced paper thin
    • 3 cups finely shredded red cabbage
    • 4 baby zucchini, shaved into ribbons using a potato peeler
    • 3 tablespoons finely chopped dill
    • 3 tablespoons Fine Herb Mayonnaise
    • Salt and Pepper to taste


      1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and season to taste
      2. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve

      Serves 6-8
