Massaman Turkey Burgers

We've all been disappointed by a bland turkey burger at one point or another.  Never again!  These burgers are loaded with flavor and crunch.  It will be one of your favorite go-to recipes.  This recipe gem was created by Thai-trained chef Watcharee Limanon.  Whip it us in a flash and then revel in the compliments from your dinner companions!



  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix ground turkey, Massaman curry sauce, egg, and bread crumbs and form into 4 patties
  2. Add oil and cook the patties in a medium skillet over medium high heat. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side to cook through
  3. Toast the buns in a broiler or toaster
  4. Toss the red cabbage with the pad Thai sauce and serve with the Massaman turkey burgers. If you like, drizzle some pad Thai sauce on the turkey patties
