Made in the Columbia Basin of Washington state, AJ's is able to acquire ingredients from local producers in this rich agricultural area. AJ's Edible Arts makes all of their mustard using a small batch process to ensure that each batch is of the highest quality. They start each mustard with a creamy dijon style base, which allows them to impart each mustard with the chosen flavor, whether it be horseradish, roasted garlic, chipotle, or the original walla walla sweet onion mustard. AJ's Natural Product line is GMO free and Vegan. While not organic, they are all natural.
