Our product is naturally gluten-free. It contains no corn syrup or soy-based ingredients. Use it as a marinade, condiment or flavor enhancer. It is great with lamb, poultry, beef, pork, venison, seafood and vegetables.
Our Jerk Marinade is a wet rub marinade and the spice level ranges from mild-medium. The Net Wt. 9 Oz. jar contents can be used with about 20 lbs. of meat depending on usage. It can be used as your primary marinade/rub or used to supplement your other dishes such as stews, etc.
Our Jerk Marinade can be used right away if you’re in a hurry, but we recommend marinating for at least an hour to overnight. We’d also recommend using about 1 tbsp. per pound of meat. Add additional sprinkle salt or pepper as needed. Cook however you like – on the grill, in the smoker, the oven, or stove-top. Enjoy!
