Spicy Habanero Ketchup 12oz

Spicy Habanero Ketchup reveals itself in layers.  Chef Andy sautees fresh, ripe habaneros in olive oil.  After the peppers have cooked to softness he adds a splash of vinegar and just enough water to create a puree.  This technique preserves the flavor of the habanero.  First, you will taste the roasted pepper, followed by the toasted spices... and then the heat kicks in!  Spicy Habanero is a slow dance of complex flavors.  Great on steak and as an addition to any recipe that needs a little kick!
