Spoiled Rotten Vinegar

Spoiled Rotten Vinegar uses the bounty of agriculture from California's northern coast to produce the highest quality product which is both seasonal and local.  All products are crafted in small batches to ensure quality and uniqueness.  Vinegar is fermented in the traditional method.  Secondary fermentation is in French or American oak for a minimum of two months which results in a robust depth of flavor.
