All of the products from Wild West Ferments are carefully crafted in small batches. Organic ingredients are just the beginning. All produce is sourced as locally as possible by partnering with farmers in the West Marin community. Sauerkraut is fermented for a minimum of 6 weeks to insure a high vitamin and nutrient content . Krauts are always fermented in ceramic crocks.... never plastic.
