Shipping

Shipping is available in the United States. Foodlyn products ship directly from the foodmaker and artisan to you. If you purchase products from more than one foodmaker or artisan in the same order, your items will arrive in separate shipments. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Foodmakers and artisans create their products in small-batches.  Often a product is produced only once or twice a week to assure freshness.  Several of our makers produce product on the very day that it ships to the consumer!!  As a result, you may see a delivery date 7-10 days after your order date.  While this seems like a longer than usual timeframe, we are working with small businesses on Foodlyn.  We appreciate your order very much.  Patience is a virtue. You will be rewarded with incredibly delicious food and/or beautiful handcrafted goods in your shipment.

Returns

Our foodmakers and artisans take great pride and care in creating their products to sell on Foodlyn. Our foodmakers do not accept returns of food items.

If there is an issue with your purchase of a handcrafted item from one of our artisans, please notify us. We will work with the individual artisan to resolve the issue on your behalf.

We at Foodlyn are committed to customer satisfaction. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with a product in your order. We will do our best to create a satisfactory resolution.
