Shipping

Shipping is available anywhere in the United States, and we ship products directly from the foodmaker and artisan to you. If you purchase products from more than one foodmaker or artisan in the same order, your items will arrive in separate shipments. Unfortunately, we can’t ship to P.O. boxes.

A note on the products we sell: foodmakers and artisans create their products in small batches. Often, they only produce their products once or twice a week to ensure freshness. Many of our makers actually produce the product on the same day they ship it to you!

As a result, you might see a delivery date 7-10 days after the date of your order. While this might seem a little longer than usual shipping timeframes, remember that we’re working with small businesses on Foodlyn. We appreciate your patience, and promise that it will be well rewarded with incredibly delicious foods and beautiful handcrafted foods.

Returns

Our foodmakers and artisans take great pride and care in creating their products to sell on Foodlyn. Foodmakers do not accept returns of food items.

As for our artisans: if there is an issue with your purchase of a handcrafted item, please notify us, and we’ll work with the individual artisan to resolve the issue on your behalf.

We care about our customers, and it matters to us that you are happy with your purchases. Please contact us if you’re not satisfied with a product in your order, and we’ll do our best to create a satisfactory resolution for you.
