Step-by-Step Instructions to process a Foodlyn order

  1. You will receive notification of a new Foodlyn order via email. (If you ever want to change the email contact to receive orders, just let us know via email)
  2. Open the email. Click "Confirm All"
  3. Duoplane will open. On the right side, click "Create Shipment"
  4. Choose your shipping company in the drop-down box.
  5. Enter the tracking number of the order.
  6. Scroll down the page to enter the "shipping cost". (This is important so that we can assure to pay you the full amount you spent on shipping).
  7. Click "Save Shipment"
  8. On the right side of the screen, download and print the "Packing Slip". Include it in the order box along with a Foodlyn "thank you" card.
  9. Optional - download and print the "Purchase Order" to retain for your records.
  10. FINAL STEP...at the top of the screen, click the blue box "Mark as Confirmed". This step sends the information to Foodlyn, so that we can process payment to you for the order and the shipping!  It also notifies the customer that the order is on the way!
