This is a strong black chai blend infused with aromatic Indian spices, including cinnamon, cardamom, and black pepper.

Ingredients: organic, fair trade certified black tea, organic cardamom seeds, organic nutmeg, organic black peppercorns, organic cloves, organic ginger root, organic cinnamon sticks
Recommended Brewing: Use 1 teaspoon per 6-8oz of water. Heat water to boiling. Pour over leaves, steep 4-5 minutes, and strain. For best results, do not over steep.
Traditional Chai: Simmer 4oz water and 4oz milk on the stovetop with 1 teaspoon of Guru for 3-5 minutes and strain. Add honey to taste.
