Did you ever get surprised by drop-in guests and panic about what to serve as a snack with cocktails? No need to panic if you have a jar of Victoria Amory Red Chili Piri Piri sauce in your pantry and a supply of nuts. This recipe can be made in a flash and everyone loves it.
- In a saucepan, toss walnuts, pecans and almonds in with a little olive oil and saute until fragrant
- Add a few tablespoons of Victoria Amory Red Chili Piri Piri Sauce and cook until the nuts are coated and caramelized
- Transfer to a serving dish. Excellent served warm or at room temperature
