Kale Salad with Harissa

This salad is perfect as a starter, a whole meal or a side dish, depending on your mood. Needless to say, it’s very good for you. And it also  only takes 5 minutes to prepare!



  1. Mix lemon juice, olive oil and Pastiche Harissa Spice Blend together
  2. Put the kale in a large bowl, and pour the dressing on top
  3. Mix well, preferably with your hands, massaging the kale
  4. Add the parmesan and hazelnuts and enjoy!
