Lemon Mint Pesto Pizza

We used two shrubs on this pizza: Chai Pear and Lemon Mint

Pesto:

Mix of fresh arugula, basil and mint
Pine nuts
Lemon Mint Shrub
Olive oil
Garlic
Salt
Parmesan

Pizza:

Lemon mint pesto base
Prosciutto
Figs
Red onions
Mozzarella

Drizzle with Chai Pear Shrub, olive oil and top with fresh arugula.
