A whiskey sour, without the whiskey.
2 oz fresh pineapple juice
1 oz Lemon Mint Element Shrub
1/2 oz fresh celery juice
1/4 whole lemon (including rind and pith)
Add all ingredients to blender with one ice cube. Blend until smooth.
Pour over new ice.
