Unroasted, sprouted, organic hazelnuts – Soaked in pink Himalayan salt crystals then dehydrated at a low temperature to ensure the nutritional integrity and improve the digestion of the hazelnuts. Soaking also reduces the phytic acid, a substance that reduces your ability to absorb minerals. We source only truly raw, non-irradiated and unpasteurized hazelnuts from Washington, Oregon, Italy, and Turkey.
Raw cacao nibs are dried seeds from South America. Cacao has long been enjoyed for its healthful, invigorating and blissful properties in Mexican, Central and South American cultures. Our vanilla beans are sourced from orchid farmers that are registered with an Organic Certificate and live in Papua New Guinea. The vanilla beans are cultivated, hand-pollinated, harvested and cured by local farmers. We work with the farmers and the facilities where the beans are processed closely to make sure we run a sustainable work relationship and ensure premium quality and best price.
